peas and corn. Eat all the vegetables you want along with your soup. At dinner, reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter. Do not eat fruit today.
Day Three:
Mix on One and Two: Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. Forget the pope.
Day Four:
Bananas and skim milk: Eat up to eight bananas and take as many glasses of skim milk on this day along with your soup.
This day is designed to lessen your desire for sweets.
Day Five:
Beef and tomatoes: eat 300 to 600 gr. beef and up to six fresh tomatoes. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water to flush the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once. You can eat broiled or baked chicken instead of beef (but you cannot eat chicken skin). If you prefer, you can substitute fish for meat on the grill / griddle.
Day Six:
Meat and Vegetables: Eat as much meat and vegetables as you want this day.
You can eat up to 2 or 3 steaks if you like, with leafy green vegetables. Forget the Baked Potato. Eat your soup at least once. Day Seven:
Brown rice, fruit juices and unsweetened vegetables: Again eat as much as you like. Be sure to eat your soup at least once this day.

* 1 or 2 cans of tomatoes (diced or whole)
* 3 Carrots
